Fourteen people, no call centre

In-house designer. Draws every project, handles the planning applications, and is responsible for most of the ideas customers describe as “the bit we hadn’t thought of”.

On site every day, and the person who sweeps up at four o’clock whether anyone’s watching or not. Runs the build crews across garden rooms and extensions.

Carpenter by trade, took over the loft side in 2020. Knows exactly what a Bournemouth 1930s roof will and won’t give you before he’s up the ladder.

Handles every certified installation: first fix, second fix, testing and certificates. Also the person who quietly adds the extra socket you’ll be glad of.

We’re usually looking for good carpenters

Our crews are directly employed, paid properly, and home for tea most nights because we only work within an hour of Poole. If you take pride in a tidy site and finishing things properly, send us a line. We’d rather hear from you speculatively than not at all.
